9 Authentically Unapologetic with Mistress Eustacia at Meeting Place
In this provocative, empowering workshop, we will discuss as a group why women so often apologize for existing, and explore the roots of over-accommodation and the transformative power of “No”. Drawing from decades of lived experience in boundary-setting and power dynamics, you will learn practical tools to speak clearly, hold your ground, and release the fear of displeasing others. Through discussion and experiential exercises, you’ll practice embodied boundary-setting, discover the strength of silence, and reclaim your right to take up space- without apology, without shrinking, and without asking permission.

1 Deepening Intuition and Trusting your Wisdom at the Cottonwood with Dr. Nicola Dehlinger (House in case of rain)
In this workshop, we will move beyond the mind and connect with the gentle whisper of our inner wisdom. This is something we all have access to - and in our modern world, it is often trampled, judged or suppressed. Through connection to a variety of safe, gentle herbal medicines we will experience the information that comes to you through your body, heart and felt experience. Connect more deeply with you, your heart, and some special plant allies.
3:15 Soul Voice Singing with Shylah Ray Sunshine at the Meeting Place
Learn more about your voice and how to use it effectively by discovering your strengths and challenges. Together we will explore the connection between the mental, emotional, and physical elements required for full vocal expression. This work can include resolving emotional blockages in the vocal center, increasing self-esteem, eliminating guilt and shame in using one's voice, creating more power and confidence in public speaking, singing, songwriting, performing and more.
Soul Voice Singing is a growing community of both aspiring and established artists, singers, songwriters, poets and performers. Developed by Shylah Ray Sunshine (Singer/Songwriter & Professional Vocal Coach), this is a unique program and practice designed to help, encourage and inspire each other to embrace our challenges, heal our blockages, open our voices, and express ourselves fully.

During our time together we will uplift our prayers and intentions to be heard, witnessed, and surrendered to the Divine. We will shift our focus from thinking to listening as it is in these slower meditative brain wave states where deep healing is available.
Sunday
7:30 Sensual Primal Play with Andrea de la Rainbow at the Meeting Place
A gentle yoga flow exploring the ways that your animal body wants to move as a feminine creature. What animal shape does your wild woman take when you give her permission to play?
9 The Power of Prayer and Braiding Sweetgrass with Della Romero Wolfchild and Crystal Wolfchild at the Cottonwood (Meeting Place in case of rain)
In this workshop, we will delve deep into the concept of prayer. We’ll discuss the highest frequency of prayer, gratitude, as well as faith, belief systems, traditions and how prayer is ‘seen’ in the higher realms. We explore what it means to work as co- creators creating with Creator, declarations and fiats!
As indigenous people, we work with Nature and the gifts/ given to us to commune with Creator. We will share with you how and why we work with plants such as sweetgrass, sage, and cedar in altars and ceremony. Together, we will ritually braid sweetgrass that you will get to take home in and use in your own rituals. In this process, we deepen our connection and become empowered to Self, Creator, Miracles and Magic.
11 Brunch at the House
1 Sacred Grief Ritual with Kayla Wexelberg at the Meeting Place
A sacred gathering for women ready to release what is heavy and holding us down. In this circle, we create a safe and intentional space to honor grief, soften resistance, and surrender what no longer serves. For centuries, women have gathered in prayer, in song, in quiet witness to one another’s becoming. Rooted in this lineage, through guided ritual and embodied practice, you will be gently supported to let go, reconnect with your inner strength, and reclaim your vitality.
OR 1 Sculpting the Sacred Feminine with Rose Krajnik at picnic tables outside of the House
In this workshop we’ll work with clay the way humans have done for thousands of years, with our hands, shaping earth into form.
You will create a small figurine inspired by feminine archetypes, ancient goddess forms, or simply an inner quality you wish to embody. Clay has a visceral quality to it. It asks you to slow down, feel, press, shape, and respond. Like kneading muscle and flesh you can connect to your own embodied experience as a woman. The process becomes less about “making something” and more about letting a form emerge through your hands and your spirit.
No art experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy.
You’ll leave with a small sculpture and the experience of connecting with clay as a deeply embodied creative practice.
3-5 Rest Time: Integrate, Sunbathe, Swim at the Pond, Read, Journal, then Shower and dress in your Red outfit
Optional: Face and body paint each other at the House 4-5
5 Deep Feast with Kayla Wexelberg (Meet at the House)
The Deep Feast is an eating meditation intended to enhance one’s awareness of nourishing the gates of many bodies. The spiritual, energetic, physical and emotional bodies all find union here as we explore what it is to connect with food far beyond the "standard" nourishment rituals that are practiced everyday. The workshop will include an array of flavors and textures and a hands-on feasting practice between participants. The feast is silent and deeply rewarding, leaving participants full on many levels.
