Women's Full Moon Sauna + Song Circle

There’s a wild joy and deep remembrance when women sing together, voices echoing like drumbeats in the cave of the sauna. Each note becomes a thread weaving us back into the great tapestry of women who have gathered to sing through the ages. Here, song is not performance, but medicine—soothing, stirring, and awakening an ancient knowing.

I invite you to step into this Women’s Sauna + Song Circle, where warmth and rhythm guide us deeper into connection. Under the glow of the Full Moon, we’ll share our voices as an offering—to each other, to the water, to the land, to the world. Whether you come to sing, to listen, or simply to be held in the current, you belong in this circle.

This one will feature an opening Cacao Circle with Kelly of Cloudforest Cacao!

6-8pm in Mancos. Directions given upon registration.

Open to women desiring a place to sweat, pray, relax, and sing together.

A place to soothe your nervous system, more deeply embody yourself, unwind your mind, and inspire your spirit.

Please do your best to arrive on time for an opening ceremony outside the sauna.

Please bring a water bottle, sarong and towel. Swim suit is optional.

Space is limited.

Please do not come with cold or flu symptoms. In this case, please let me know by 9 that morning to request a refund.

In case of severe weather, event may be cancelled and refunded.
