 From sandy beaches to pristine rainforests, we are here to present you options and help you hone in the perfect place for you and your participants. Then we will help you design the week’s itinerary, from organizing transportation and meal plans, to creating the ideal daily schedule including yoga and meditation classes, tours, and just the right amount of free time so your retreat flows flawlessly. We present you various accommodation options to suit the style and budget of your tribe. Awakened Heart Retreats is here for you and your participants, from the first contact and throughout your retreat, so you can relax and know that you and your group are in the best of hands.

Awakened Heart Retreats designs a special webpage just for your retreat, where potential attendees can learn all about it and register. We also take care of receiving payments and paying the retreat facilities, (aside from the initial deposit), shuttle providers, and any other services involved in supporting your group’s retreat. We share your retreat on our email list and social media pages. We work with you to help you get the word out and best promote your retreat to your students, friends, and family. Your responsibility is to share your upcoming retreat to everyone you know, by talking about it in your classes, sharing it on your social media, sending out emails to your lists, and follow-up communications with interested parties. 

 We work with you in choosing the location, accommodations, and activities that you feel best suit your participants’ expectations and budget. As the retreat leader, your retreat will be paid for as long as at least 10 fully paying participants join, and you will receive a commission for each person who signs up. These details will be outlined in a contract that will also clarify expectations and responsibilities of you as the retreat leader and Awakened Heart Retreats as the organizer.
