2025 Wild Heart Women’s Gathering Schedule

Subject to the flow.

A few ground rules/expectations:

  • Come with an open mind and heart.

  • Let go of all preconceptions and conditioning around how we relate to other women. At Wild Heart we will practice mutual care, support, appreciation, and kindness for every one of us, including ourselves.

  • Look for opportunities to be in service, and surrender to opportunities that allow you to receive.

  • Practice true listening. Wait for someone to finish speaking before you respond. Practice reflecting what you hear before responding.

  • If you feel uncomfortable or triggered during any of our activities, we invite you to check in with yourself and check in with your needs. Take some deep breaths. Ask yourself if you need some time away, if you need support, or if you are in a good position to continue to stay present and be with what is coming up for you.

  • Take care of yourself. If you need rest, a bathroom/water break, or anything else, take it. If you need help with anything, ask for it.

  • You have the freedom to skip any activities. Deer Hill has ample space to rest, roam, and explore. There are trails towards the east side of the property. The platform near the pond is a wonderful place to rest by the water. The grassy lawns, the living room in the house (when not otherwise in use), or the covered platform by the pond, are all great places for reading, journaling, chatting, or simply resting.

  • Note: Bring your own mat, cushion, and any other props needed for workshops at The Meeting Place.

7:30-8:45am Tantra Vinyasa: Temple Of the Goddess with Monica Mesa Dasi at the Meeting Place

An embodied journey through the divine feminine powers of Durga, Lakshmi & Saraswati. In this sacred Tantra Vinyasa flow, you’ll be guided to awaken the full spectrum of your feminine essence through breath, movement, mantra, and mudra. This practice invokes the Triple Goddess archetypes—Durga, the fierce protectress who helps you slay fear and reclaim your power; Lakshmi, the radiant goddess of beauty, abundance, and sensual devotion; and Saraswati, the flowing muse of wisdom, healing, and inner truth. Through soulful sequencing and sacred intention, we’ll move through each goddess realm, activating the energies that already live within you—strength, softness, intuition, and divine love. Expect mantra, guided breathwork, fluid movement, and deep energetic awakening. All levels are welcome. Bring your heart, your hips, and your wild feminine devotion.

9:15-10:45am Creative Altar ~ Craft Your Own Sacred Object with Rose Krajnik at The Picnic Tables near the Cottonwood (Meet at the House in case of rain)

This workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and creating with reverence. We’ll be making prayer wands, or spirit sticks—power objects infused with personal meaning and energy. Using natural found materials like sticks, rocks, fabric, paint, feathers, beads, and symbolic elements, each person will craft a unique piece that can be used for meditation, prayer, or as an altar piece. The piece is a way to anchor their intention or experience from the retreat into an object they may keep, place on an altar or gift as an offering.

Rose will guide everyone through a simple process of grounding the nervous system before we start—so you can create from a place of calm and connection. It’s less about making something “perfect” and more about trusting your hands, your intuition, and your own inner wisdom as you craft. Being in communication with their spirit, the land and their ancestors.

Plant Spirit Meditation with Aaylah Wellspring at the Cottonwood (At Meeting Place in Case of Rain)

Dive in deeper with your connection to medicinal plants. Get to know them firsthand by hearing what they have to tell you. We rely so much on knowledge passed on by our teachers, elders, books, and the internet. How did the “first ones” discover the medicinal uses of plants? I assure you it was not all by trial and error. The Amazon jungle has millions of plants; you could never try them all. The Shamans and Spiritual healers would sit with the plants and get messages from the plant spirits themselves which would teach them how to utilize the plants. Learn how to communicate with plant spirits directly. This beautiful guided meditation will awaken your intuition and deepen your connection with medicinal plants.

5:30pm Deep Feast Ritual with Kayla Wexelberg (Please wash and dress in RED) Meet at the House

The Deep Feast Ritual is a silent eating meditation intended to enhance one’s awareness of nourishing the gates of many bodies. The workshop will include an array of flavors and textures and a hands-on feasting practice between participants. Note that the meal is light, yet deeply rewarding, leaving participants full on many levels.

7:30pm Soul Alignment Ceremony with Lena Naico followed by Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Brandy Wade at the Meeting Place

Soul Alignment Ceremony: This powerful ceremony invites you to come home to yourself—beyond the layers of expectation, programming, and self-doubt. You’ll be guided through breathwork, somatic shaking, and expressive release to let go of everything that dims your light and keeps you playing small.

We’ll awaken the innate wisdom of your body and energy field, then journey into the Akashic Records to receive soul-level guidance and quantum healing. With the support of Kundalini activation, this experience works on a cellular level—realigning you with your soul’s purpose and unlocking the clarity, courage, and passion you were born to embody. This is your space to reconnect with your truth, ignite your inner fire, and rise into the woman you came here to be—expansive, radiant, and wildly aligned.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: The Soul Alignment Ceremony will flow into this sound meditation led by Brandy Wade.  Settle into the soothing wave frequencies from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls as well as a myriad of other instruments that will be woven into the soundscape.  This session will support the relaxation of mind, the softening of heart, and the settling of the nervous system. During our time together we will uplift our prayers and intentions to be heard, witnessed, and surrendered to the Divine.  We will shift our focus from thinking to listening as it is in these slower meditative brain wave states where deep healing is available.
